The Carpenter is an NPC that is in every single house in Housing, and cannot be removed. Clicking The Carpenter will take you to a similar menu as the Housing Menu, however it lacks a lot of the newer features like Skull Packs, Pro Tools and the Systems menu. The Carpenter wears a golden helmet, has the [NPC] tag, formatted with green (&a[NPC] Carpenter).
History
The Carpenter was added all the way back in 2015 and still has the same functionality today as it did back in 2015.
Trivia
- You can use /setcarpenterlocation to change the carpenters location
- If the carpenter "dies" (falls off the map) they will respawn at the location set by /setcarpenterlocation
- The carpenter doesn't have a set gender. Could be they/them could be he/him could be she/her. We might never know!
- The carpenter actually has a Hypixel Forums account which, sadly, has been inactive since 2015 since it was only used to hype up for the release of housing.
