Hykia is a building in the lobby that allows players to preview furniture before buying it. The building is a parody of the Swedish furniture retailer IKEA, even using the same blue-and-yellow colour palette.

Many of the furniture in the store claims to be coming soon, despite not having being added or spoken on since the building was released alongside the Housing Lobby in 2020.
