Housing+ is a premium one-time purchase for Housing that intends to improve the creator experience by offering a higher plot size, higher limits on stats and certain systems as well as some bonuses such as exclusive skull packs and a special prefix in chat.
Housing+ can be bought in any Hypixel lobby under the Housing section for 1,999 Hypixel Gold. It is also available on the web store for a little over 22 USD.
History
Housing+ was originally proposed on the 8th of September, 2022 by Connor Linfoot. The original proposal mentioned the perks they had in mind such as a larger plot size, chat prefix, higher limits, a stat management system and extra skull packs. There were also things briefly mentioned in the thread that never made it to the final product. These include testing new features before they release, as well as the Housing+ prefix appearing in more places besides the chat, such as in menus.
